Thomas Middelhoff, chief execuitve oficer of German direct marketer Arcandor AG, has extended his contract by one year to the end of 2009.
At a meeting of the company Wednesday, the parent company of the Quelle catalog also named Marc Sommer, vice chairman of its management board.
