Customer relationship management and e-mail services provider MessageMedia, headquartered in Boulder, CO, has named a permission advocate to help clients make the most of their electronic mail efforts.
That position, to be held by product development director Derek Scruggs, will entail overseeing the direction and implementation of marketers’ e-mail marketing campaigns and screen them to ensure that they meet the company and industry’s strict anti-spam guidelines.
