Direct marketing firm MeritDirect, Stamford, CT, has signed an agreement with Libey Inc. for Libey to create and produce a series of CEO and senior management executive intensives for MeritDirect clients.
According to the terms of the agreement Haddon Heights NJ-based Libey, a direct marketing consulting, advisory and mergers & acquisition firm for CEOs, will focus its intensives on cutting-edge issues of industry trends, emerging growth markets, economic outlooks, and influences on corporate valuations.
In addition, Don Libey, the well-known author of five industry-related books and publisher of The Libey Letter, the direct marketing and catalog newsletter for CEOs, will write a number of on-line publications and produce marketing seminars exclusively for MeritDirect’s clients.
Ralph Drybrough, CEO of MeritDirect said in a statement that plans also call for the publication of a series of books covering practical topics such as investment prospecting as well as CEO/owner strategies for the new economy in direct and catalog marketing.
