MeritDirect has acquired Venture Direct Worldwide from Plattform Advertising.
Terms were not disclosed.
Specifically, Merit will be acquiring about 400 lists split about evenly between business-to-business and consumer. Merit is also acquiring the approximately 30 million-name Xactmail e-mail and postal databases, said Rob Sanchez, MeritDirect president of list management and interactive services.
