MemberWorks Inc. reported net income of $5.4 million for its second quarter, a jump from a net loss of $9.2 million last year.
The direct marketing membership services company reported revenue of $114 million for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2002, up 11% from $102.7 million the year before.
“By focusing on our core business, we have been able to achieve key milestones including new client additions, channel diversification, revenue and profitability,” said CEO Gary Johnson, in a statement.”
