Marketing intelligence firm the M/A/R/C(R) Group, based in Irving, TX, has acquired a 30% interest in Dutch marketing and sales force consultancy MSP Associates, with options over to increase its percentage ownership to 100%.
MSP which generated approximately $2 million in revenues last year, designs and implements customer relationship management programs for business-to-business clients.
