Mail-Well Inc., Englewood, CO, has acquired one commercial printer and has plans to acquire two more in the Philadelphia area.
The acquisition of Phototype Color Graphics of Pennsauken, NJ, was completed Nov. 30. Letters of intent to acquire both Strathmore Press of Cherry Hill, NJ, and Braceland Brothers of Philadelphia, PA, have just been signed. The combined sales of the three companies are approximately $63 million. Terms were not disclosed.
Completion of the Strathmore and Braceland Brothers transactions are expected before year’s end.
