Lorraine Zitone, director of the president’s office and coordinator of board activities for the Direct Marketing Association, died Thursday, the Direct Marketing Association is saddened to announce.
During her 21 years at The DMA, Zitone worked for three association CEOs and served numerous members of the board of directors.
“Lorraine was a truly special person and her courageous behavior over the past year will stand as a wonderful example for all of us,” said CEO H. Robert Wientzen. “Her contribution to The DMA, her friendship to many of us, and her unerring charm and dedication will be remembered by many.”
