Millard Interactive, Peterborough, NH, has launched NetUsers@Home, a cooperative database of Internet users at home-postal address available to both participating and nonparticipating users.
Millard is currently contracting with participants who will include catalogers, publishers, service organizations, fundraisers and dot-com companies that collect at-home postal address information, Frank Quaranta, director of media services for Millard Interactive said.
Quaranta said the goal is to build a file of three to five million names within 24 months. The database is updated monthly and includes subscribers, requestors, registrants, service buyers and donors.
Selections include recency, gender, geography, dollars sent, multi-net users, source and product category.
In other news, Millard Interactive has been named to manage the 300,000 name Focalex E-Mail Address Database.
Focalex provides online direct marketing e-mail acquisition services. It provides lists in both the business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketplaces.
The file identifies subscribers and registrants who enroll in the program and agree to receive promotional information specific to their reported interests. General interest categories include business, computers, family, finance, health, Internet, lifestyles, occupations, psychic, recreation/hobbies, shopping, software, sports, travel and webmasters.
