Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. has selected Harte-Hanks Inc. to assist with its IsleOne loyalty program. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Isle of Capri will use Harte Hanks’ Allink database marketing offerings to gain insight into its customers’ preferences; identify high value and high potential guest segments; increase the value of its most loyal players; and identify and address potential defections.
Harte-Hanks’ will initially conduct a data analysis and marketing assessment that will aid Isle of Capri Casinos’ efforts to design a multi-channel customer contact plan. The casino chain’s marketing efforts will ultimately focus on increasing the frequency of customer visits; maximizing the amount they spend during visits and strengthening IsleOne.
The agreement will cover all 16 riverboat and dockside properties Isle of Capri Casinos operates.
