Options Media Set to Acquire 1Touch Marketing
By Jim Emerson
Options Media Group Inc. plans to move its headquarters to Boca Raton, FL, after it completes its acquisition of the list services firm 1Touch Marketing LLC.

The acquisition agreement was announced on Wednesday, but Options Media has yet to disclose specific terms for what will be a cash and stock transaction. The deal is expected to close by Sept. 30.

Options Media plans to close its offices in Hallandale, FL, and relocate all staff to 1Touch Marketing’s current offices.

1Touch Marketing will retain its name and become the list management services division of Options Media. 1Touch also has its own database with approximately 142 million consumer and 19 million business-to-business names, besides text messaging lists.

The acquisition will enable Options Media, an e-mail services company, to offer additional list and creative services, both online and offline, says Scott Frohman, CEO of Options Media.
