Jigsaw Data Corp. has appointed MeritDirect to manage a portfolio of online business directory lists. Jigsaw offers nine lists, including a business executive master file with more than 4.3 million names. Individual files are available for targeting Canadians, educators, government executives and corporate level executives, in addition to lists of professionals involved with human resources, information technology, sales and marketing, and small businesses. A new e-mail master file is due for launch shortly. Direct Partner Solutions was the prior list manager.

Paisano Motorcycle Magazine Files
Paisano Publications has tapped Altman Data Marketing LLC to manage lists of motorcycle magazine subscribers. The appointment includes a master file comprised of 86,669 subscribers to Easyriders, V-Twin, Biker and In the Wind. These titles target Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiasts. Separate files are available for each title. No telemarketing is allowed. MKTG Services was the prior list manager.

IN THE NEWS

InfoUK Develops British Business Database
InfoUK, the new British-affiliate of InfoUSA, plans to introduce a database of businesses registered in the United Kingdom during the International Direct Marketing Fair in London at the end of this month.

The database consists of names and addresses for more than 2.5 million businesses and 3 million business contacts, which can be sorted by industry sector, sales volume, number of employees and geography. Data was compiled by telephone.
