Vitamin Shoppe has introduced a package insert program targeting customers who placed $90 average orders. Up to four inserts will be accepted in each of 1 million packages shipped annually. Inserts can be as large as 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 inches. Inquiries for inserts heavier than one-quarter ounce will be considered.

Blow-in and bind-in programs for this magazine reach owners of trucks and sport utility vehicles. The monthly circulation is 475,000. Blow-in inserts must be 3-1/2 by 4-1/2 inches to 6 by 6 inches. Bind-in inserts can be between 4-1/2 by 5-1/2 inches to 7-3/4 by 10-1/2 inches.

Fabiola Molina has been appointed vice president of list brokerage at Net60 LLC, where she will oversee brokerage for Tabak’s Health Products and the Kozinski Institute. Molina also will have list management responsibilities for Tabak’s, Herbal Plus and Small Cap Investing newsletter. She has been in the list business since 1978 and most recently worked for Impulse Media.

Pamela Haas has been named vice president of sales and business development at Alliant Cooperative Data Solutions. Haas will be responsible for the statistical modeling and segmentation services for cooperative databases. She was previously with Equifax Marketing Services.
