Time Life has introduced a Canadian package insert program targeting video and music buyers. Roughly 75,000 packages are shipped annually. The target audience is on average 50 years old with a $55,000 or better household income. Up to six inserts will be accepted in each shipment. Inserts must be between 3-1/4 by 5 inches and 4-1/4 by 6-3/8 inches, weighing up to .25 ounce.
