Lillian Vernon has named ALC of New York to manage its customer file of millions and has selected Direct Media Inc. to oversee its package insert program.
The appointments will take effect at the end February as the firm’s fiscal year comes to a close, said Lillian Vernon spokesperson David Hochberg.
The Lillian Vernon enhanced corporate database features 4.4 million total buyers, 1.2 million three-month buyers and 1.6 million six-month buyers, according to data cards.
Other lists include 329,200 Internet buyers at postal address, 286, 786 Lillian Vernon Christmas Memories and 4.4 million mail order buyers.
The package insert program offers an estimated three million plus packages for 2002.
Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH, has managed the files and insert program since February 2000. Prior to that the file had been managed in-house since it came to market some 40 years ago.
