Lexon Technologies Inc. has acquired Nanoinkjet.com, an online retailer of recycled inkjet and toner cartridges.
Terms were not disclosed.
Under the terms of the deal, Lexon will acquire the existing business of the company, including the Web domain and the customer database, which contains more than 10,000 registered customers.
