11. We ask IT directors to cease and desist from offering services such as data mining, data warehousing, CRM software, and list hygiene in conjunction with such phrases as “whopping profits, through the roof” and “beat the control” in their advertising.
12. We require that all future online orders for the holiday season (i.e. “Christmas gifts”) go immediately to the shopping cart, instead being held up for the customer’s life history, including mother’s name and grade school, before “Check-out” comes on.
