Landmark Communications Inc. has acquired InternetSeer.com Corp., a provider of small business Web site monitoring, for an undisclosed sum.
Key members of the InternetSeer management team will in place and continue to operate the company, according to Landmark.
InternetSeer provides Web site monitoring services through both its InternetSeer and AtWatch brands, and online marketing services through its EnterURL brand.
