Lamps Plus the Chatsworth, CA-based specialty lighting retailer has entered the catalog business. This month the firm began mailing the first of 7 to 10 million catalogs it plans to distribute nationwide this year.
Lamps Plus’ first catalog is 40 pages. Inbound telephone orders will be handled from an existing telemarketing center.
The company presently serves 5 million customers annually at 45 retail locations and through a Web site.
