KRAFT SHUFFLES EXECUTIVES

Kraft Foods, Northfield, IL, last week promoted three key executives and lost one.

Ann Fudge, president of Kraft’s beverage division, resigned to take an undisclosed job in another industry after 14 years at the company. Replacing her is David Johnson, president of beverages, desserts, Post, and foodservice.

Elsewhere, an expanded role was handed to Mary Kay Haben, who was promoted to president of the cheese, enhancers, and meals group. Irene Rosenfeld was promoted to president of operations, technology, Kraft Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. And Lance Friedmann was promoted to executive vp-Kraft Foods and area director for Mexico and Puerto Rico. (Johnson, Haben, and Rosenfeld are also group vps and members of Kraft’s management committee.)
