Kellogg Co. has switched the jobs of the leaders of its international and North America businesses.
John Bryant was named executive vice president and president of Kellogg North America, taking the role from Jeffrey Montie. Montie takes on Bryant’s post as executive vice president of Kellogg Co. and president of Kellogg International. Montie is responsible for leading the global innovation, marketing, consumer promotion and sales teams.
The organizational changes come in an effort to expand the two executive’s domestic and international experience, a spokesperson said.
Bryant also retains the role of chief financial officer.
The changes take effect immediately. Both men will continue to serve on the global leadership team and report to David Mackay, president and CEO.
In addition, Paul Norman, senior vice president of Kellogg and president of U.S. Morning Foods will continue to manage the Morning Foods and Kashi business, as well as oversee the company’s Frozen Foods business unit. Brad Davidson, senior vice president of Kellogg and president of the U.S. snacks business, will now handle the Canadian business unit.
These appointments also went into effect immediately, the company said.
