KB Toys Inc. has sold its Internet operations, trademarks and domain names to Toy Acquisition Corp.
Terms were not disclosed.
Its site www.KBToys.com will now run under a licensing arrangement.
The sale also includes inventory, operational systems and transfer of the leases for a fulfillment center in Blairs, VA.
Toy Acquisition, which will be re-named eToys Direct Inc., will operate in the Blairs facility. The company will maintain its corporate headquarters in Denver.
Pittsfield, MA-based KB said it will now focus on its core retail business.
