Walter Kazmierczak, executive vice president membership services for MemberWorks Inc., has left the company to pursue other interests, according to MemberWorks.

“Mr. Kazmierczak’s responsibilities will be absorbed into the existing infrastructure of MemberWorks’ senior management group and we do not contemplate hiring or replacing his position at this time,” said Gary Johnson, the Stamford, CT-based firm
