Jure Holdings Inc., Baar, Switzerland, has acquired Openlimit Holding AG, a developer of Internet-enabled credit cards and other services for an undisclosed sum.
These include an Internet credit card with an integrated chip that uses a digital signature, its card reader and SignCubes software.
Jure also named Henry Dattler chairman/CEO. The company expects to announce a name and Nasdaq stock symbol change shortly.
