Jerry C. Foote, former president of Names and Addresses Inc., died on Oct. 18, after suffering from heart disease. He was 63.
He began his career at Figi’s in Marshfield, WI. After that, he worked at the Audubon Workshop in Northbrook, IL. Not long after, he joined Names and Addresses as a principal owner in 1977.
Names and Addresses Inc., which served as a broker for more than 110 mailers, and managed more than 170 catalog, magazine and other lists, along with alternative media programs,went out of business in early 2009 http://directmag.com/lists/news/chilcutt-names-addresses-closes-0304/index.html
Foote is survived by his children, Pamela Myers and Kevin Foote, his wife Blair and two grandchildren, Amelia and Nathan; his brother James Foote and his wife, Carolyn and nephews Brad, Jason and Ryan.
