Internet Business International Inc. has sold its sunglasses direct marketing subsidiary Ace Optics to CRT Corp. for $2 million in stock.
The Las Vegas-based Internet service provider said it would distribute 25% of the proceeds as a tax-free dividend to its shareholders and will use the remainder to fund its growth.
