InfoUSA, Omaha, NE, has launched CallerID + +, a service that will provide information on inbound callers, whether consumers or businesses.
If a call originating from a household is received by a call center using the service, a screen will provide name, address, and phone number of caller, single family household or multiple family household, age and income of household, type of dwelling, neighbors and lifestyle information, as well as bankruptcy, lien and judgement information.
If the call is coming from a business, the service gives the name of the business, address, phonenumber, fax number, SIC code, lines of business, years in business, employee size, name of the owner, key executives and titles, sales volume and historical trends and credit rating code, including bankruptcies, liens and judgements.
The information is downloadable into the centers’ customer relationship management capabilities.
