InfoUSA, Omaha, NE, has completed its acquisition of Opinion Research Corp. Opinion Research will remain in Princeton, NH and operate independently as a part of infoUSA.
The deal, which was initially announced in early August, was valued at the time at around $134.3 million for the Princeton NJ-based company, including the assumption of debt.
