InfoUSA, the business information compiler, has acquired the Hill-Donnelly Directory Co. for an undisclosed sum.
Tampa, FL-based Donnelly offers more than 230 print and CD-ROM directories of businesses in major cities including New York, Phoenix, Tampa, Las Vegas, and Honolulu. The directories are used for marketing, investigative, and reference purposes.
InfoUSA is based in Omaha.
