InfoGroup, a data compiler, has named Roger S. Siboni and Thomas L. Thomas independent directors. They fill positions vacated by the resignations of George Haddix and Vasant Raval.
Siboni has served in key executive leadership positions with such companies as Epiphany Inc. and KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. He spent more than 20 years at KPMG LLP, most recently as deputy chairman and chief operating officer.
Thomas joins the board with more than 35 years experience as a technology executive. Most recently he was president and COO for GXS Inc., a provider of business-to-business electronic data interchange systems.
