Gary L. Taylor, owner and founder of InfoCision Management Corp., has assumed the role of chairman of the board for the teleservices company.
He named former COO Carl Albright to succeed him as president.
Albright, a 13-year veteran of InfoCision, has served the company in many roles, from call center supervisor to senior vice president of call center operations. Most recently as COO, he oversaw the company’s sales, marketing, call center and information technology operations.
