ICT Group, Inc. has named Timothy F. Kowalski chief e-commerce officer. He will assume this role while maintaining his current position as senior vice president of systems and technology and chief information officer. His responsibilities will include development and implementation of the company’s aggressive e-commerce strategy as well as managing and solidifying its partnerships with key technology companies.
Kowalski has managed the development of ICT GROUP’s suite of E-Solutions, which currently includes: ICT NET2TEL.com, a Web enabled call center technology providing simultaneous voice and data interface; intelligent e-mail processing; traditional inbound telephone sales and service support, and automated fax and white mail processing.
ICT Group provides call center teleservices for sales, marketing and customer care.
