Health benefits firm Humana Inc. will open two new telemarketing call centers in Arizona.
The first, based in Phoenix, will employ 330 workers, and will support Humana’s Medicare Advantage benefit plans and senior products. The second, located in Tempe, will serve Humana’s RightSource Home Delivery mail-order prescription service.
A currently open RightSource contact center will move to the Tempe location, and will take 112 currently employed staff with it.
Once the two call centers are open and staffed fully January of 2008, Humana’s Arizona workforce will near 1,200 employees. Humana is based in Louisville, KY.
