Hostess is leveraging its sponsorship of three female racecar drivers with an instant-win game that offers a new car and a trip to the races.
The Hostess Race Divas Start Your Engines game began yesterday in convenience stores across the country with the promo featured on snack packs of Hostess Twinkies, Hostess Cup Cakes and Hostess Donettes.
A promotional code can be texted to “Divas” or “34827” for players to find out if they are instant winners.
Five first-prize winners will receive a trip to Homestead, Florida, including roundtrip airfare, accommodations and race tickets to the Homestead Miami Speedway where they will each be handed one of five car keys.
The winning key will start the engine of the grand prize—a 2007 Ford Mustang GT Deluxe, valued at $26,440. Momentum handles the promotion.
Interstate Bakeries Corp. is the parent of Hostess, which also includes brand names Wonder, Dolly Madison, Baker’s Inn, Home Pride and Drake’s.
