[Catalog Age] Looking to bolster its presence in the Northeastern U.S., Melville, NY-based medical dental and veterinary direct marketer Henry Schein acquired $20 million Windsor, CT-based Barton-Cyker Dental Supply.
Terms were not disclosed. Barton-Cyker, a full-service distributor of dental products, operates in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. Through the acquisition, Schein will add approximately 15 field sales consultants, including equipment sales specialists, as well as equipment service technicians and telesales representatives.
