Seven years after he sold a majority share in his namesake envelope company, Harvey Mackay has returned as a 50% partner, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
In a related change, the Minneapolis company’s name is changing to MackayMitchell Envelope Co. Scott Mitchell, 58, remains chief executive, and MacKay will be chairman. Mackay is known for his management books, including “Swim with the Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive.”
Terms were not disclosed.
