Harte-Hanks Inc. has named Doug Shepard executive vice president and chief financial officer.
He most recently served as chief financial officer and treasurer of HVHC Inc., a holding company of health-care provider Highmark, and as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Eye Care Centers of America Inc.
