Hanover Direct Inc., Weehawken, NJ, has sold its Austad’s golf catalog to the Mammoth Sports Group. Financial terms were not disclosed, but Hanover’s Keystone Fulfillment division will continue to provide back-end services for the catalog.
Hanover had earlier identified Austad’s as a non-core business. Mammoth, Jessup, MD, is the parent company of Mammothgolf.com. The catalog adds a third distribution and revenue stream to the online and bricks-and-mortar retailer.
