Search firm Google Inc. named Ann Mather to its board of directors on Nov. 22. She will also chair the Mountain View, CA-based firm’s audit committee.
Mather also serves on the board of the Central European Media Enterprises group, and is part of its audit and compensation committees. Mather had been a director for Shopping.com until it was acquired by eBay in 2005, where she chaired its audit committee.
Before joining the Shopping.com board, Mather was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Pixar. Mather has held a number of positions in the movie industry.
