Go Gateway, Inc. will purchase Atomic Software Inc., a provider of payment gateway services and e-commerce software, for an undisclosed sum.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Go Gateway parent company Return on Investment Corp., Kennesaw, GA, will issue 600,000 shares of restricted ROI common stock to venture capitalist firm Mercury Fund No. II, Ltd.
