Mark LaNeve has been named VP-marketing for General Motors Corp. North America effective Sept. 1.
The company also named Susan Doherty divisional marketing general manager for GM’s Hummer brand, according to news reports.
LaNeve has been general manager of GM’s Cadillac division since 2001. He replaces John Middlebrook, who becomes VP-global sales, service and marketing operations.
Doherty had been the head of marketing for Cadillac’s Escalade SUVs, and replaced Mike DiGiovanni, who moved to an undisclosed new marketing division.
