Gillespie, a unit of the Interpublic Group of Companies, won the Duramed and Keystone Financial accounts.
Gillespie/RAR Healthcare will help Duramed, a Cincinnati-based pharmaceutical company, launch Cenestin, an estrogen-replacement therapy that the FDA approved last week. Billings are estimated at $15 million.
The agency will create a uniform brand image for Keystone, the third-largest financial institution in Pennsylvania.
The 25-year-old shop has billings in excess of $160 million and offices in New York and Philadelphia.
