Frederick’s of Hollywood, Inc. has selected WhittmanHart Interactive to provide social media and marketing functions.
WhittmanHart will use emerging platforms, mobile, community, and social media to showcase Frederick’s fashion trends and promotional campaigns. The company has been charged with expanding the base of customers visiting Frederick’s of Hollywood’s e-commerce site, http://www.fredericks.com.
According to a statement, the agency’s efforts to date have generated a 4% lift in total overall sales.
“The market data that WhittmanHart collects will quickly alert us to changes in our customers’ desires and the latest fashion trends. It’s an exciting time for our brand as we continue to grow with the enthusiastic support of a new generation of sexy women,” Frederick’s of Hollywood Group president Linda LoRe said in a statement.
