FranklinCovey will launch the third generation of its e-commerce site on Sept. 15 using software applications by Art Technology Group Inc. (ATG).
The productivity and training tools cataloger is hoping the relaunch will enable it to simplify the shopping experience for consumers, as well as lower shopping cart abandonment rates. It also hopes to target site visitors with more specific promotions.
“FranklinCovey’s Web channel has been a very profitable piece of our business and we must continually improve our presence online in order to make the experience for customers increasingly positive so they will return,” said Doug Smith, executive vice-president of e-commerce for FranklinCovey, in a statement.
