At $22.66 billion for 2009, Internet advertising revenue was down 3.4% from the previous year. But fourth-quarter online ad revenue for 2009 was up 2.6% from that of the fourth quarter of 2008, to $6.26 billion, according to the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Internet Advertising Revenue Report, conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
