William J. Henderson, who recently stepped down as Postmaster General, has been named to Acxiom Corp.’s board of directors.
Henderson, a 30-year veteran of the USPS, served as PMG for three years. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer of the USPS.
“Bill Henderson has been an innovator throughout his long postal career,” said Acxiom Company Leader Charles Morgan in a statement. “Bill inaugurated the Postal Service’s more customer-focused approach to the communications marketplace.”
Henderson’s fellow board members include Dr. Ann Hayes Die, William T. Dillard II, Harry c. Gambill, Rodger S. Kline, Thomas F. McLarty III, Stephen M. Patterson, James T. Womble, and Morgan.
