Redi-Direct Marketing Inc. has through its subsidiary Fordham Inc. acquired the sportswear manufacturer Gorga Athletic Wear.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The deal expands Fordham’s apparel product line.
Gorga Athletic Wear will relocate from Paterson to Fairfield, NJ, as part of the acquisition.
