Toronto-based FloNetwork Inc., has filed for a proposed initial public offering of 4,312,500 common shares of stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
SG Cowen will act as the lead underwriter of the offering. Co-managers of the offering include Prudential Volpe Technology Group, a unit of Prudential Securities, and William Blair & Company.
All shares in the offering will be sold by FloNetwork Inc. The company was formerly known as Media Synergy.
