Experian, Orange, CA, Thursday announced changes to its operational structure. The company’s four separate operational divisions have been combined into two main business units, Information Solutions and Marketing Solutions, which will now comprise the North American arm of Experian, the company said.

Scot Thomas, president of Experian Direct Technology, will become CEO of Experian’s Marketing Solutions division. Rick Cortese, president of Information Services, will become CEO of Experian’s Information Solutions division. Both appointments are effective April 1.

“Experian is a global company and our operations in the United States are an important part of a large and dynamic organization,” John Peace, Experian’s chairman and CEO, said in a statement. “We need to support the organization by simplifying our structure to ensure that we continue to provide the best solutions on any terms.”
