eTelecare International, a call center company in the Philippines, has acquired Phase 2 Solutions, a U.S. provider of customer services to the wireless and telecom industries.
Terms were not disclosed.
In a statement, eTelecare president-international Jim Franke in a statement said he hoped the acquisition would provide customers with a wider range of cost and location options.
